>> August Burns Red Releases Christmas 7" Vinyl
August Burns Red announced some exciting news today with all kinds of updates ont he band. Check it out below...

Hello friends! Today happens to be the last day of our tour in Europe with Bring Me The Horizon and A Day To Remember. We’ve had a terrific time traveling the continent with this tour package, selling out clubs across the board, and meeting lots of new and incredible people along the way.

That said, it’s time for August Burns Red to return to the United States where we will immediately begin a tour with Underoath and Emery! The tour starts in Raleigh, NC on Nov. 22nd, and runs through Thanksgiving before winding down in New Orleans on Dec. 17th. You do not want to miss the opportunity to see this show! All of the dates are listed on the August Burns Red MySpace (www.MySpace.com/AugustBurnsRed) so there is no excuse to say you didn’t know about the show.

Great news! Those of you who saw us recently in Europe or have known about us forever can finally purchase our new record, “Constellations,” at the following location: http://hasslerecords.sandbag.uk.com/Store/DisplayItems.html

Lastly, with the help of CI Records, August Burns Red is proud to announce a limited edition Christmas single featuring our previously unreleased version of O Come, O Come, Emanuel along with our rendition of Carol of the Bells. The single is limited to just 1000 copies and won’t last long! To make it even more collectible, 400 copies will be pressed on Green vinyl, 400 copies on Red vinyl, and just 200 copies on split Red and Green vinyl. >> Number One Gun To Release To The Secrets And Knowledge January 26th
Number One Gun has a new album due out in January. Check out their announcement... "In 2008, Number One Gun entered uncharted territory as the band transitioned into a solo project with leader Jeff Schneeweis. Speculation rose if this would be an end or a fresh beginning. After two years, Number One Gun is ready to continue with the forthcoming release To The Secrets and Knowledge, which gives the listener a creative, talent-filled album. As a full-time producer in his hometown of Chico, California, Schneeweis recorded this album in between other projects such as Secret & Whisper, Hawthorne Heights, Esterlyn and indie band Brighten. This spontaneous writing and recording process resulted in a eclectic collection of songs with a running theme of finding hidden treasures in each of us. The debut radio single, “Forest,” was written with his two-year-old daughter in mind and what she will encounter when she begins school. Excitement, the fear of the unknown, and the bigness of life are feelings one has when starting a new adventure or charting unknown territory. I’ve gotta figure out why the world is so big / I’ve gone way way out way out of bounds / I’ll do anything, tell me how. “I did this record for me," shares Schneeweis. "I wanted to push myself musically and on the production side of things. Because I feel like I accomplished what I set out to do with this album, I’m open to seeing what the listeners will walk away with. I hope it inspires something within themselves.” To The Secrets and Knowledge releases on Tooth & Nail Records on January 26, 2010. For more info, check out the album page."

>> Day Of Fire Frontman Paints New Album Cover
Today, Josh Brown of Day Of Fire posted a little update to fans that the cover for their pending new release on Razor & Tie was painted by none other than... himself! "I had the pleasure of painting the D.o.f albu,m cover this week.... It is definitely the most interesting and colorful cover of my career... I can't wait for you guys to see it... josh/d.o.f." Losing All releases January 26.
